Transform IT knowledge management as a Senior IT Knowledge Specialist at Clio, leading AI-driven enhancements. This role is based in one of our hub offices:
Burnaby, Calgary, or Toronto, with a hybrid work approach.
As part of Clio's proactive IT team, your primary focus will be architecting robust Knowledge Management strategies. You will enhance existing systems, like Confluence, and drive the integration of intelligent tools to facilitate self-service and efficient problem resolution. Collaborate with IT experts to document essential workflows that empower your colleagues to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop knowledge-sharing strategies for departmental efficiency
• Manage content organization within Confluence
• Enhance AI tools to support self-service initiatives
• Collaborate to create clear documentation for users
• Analyze trends to recommend improvements in documentation
Requirements:
• Proven expertise in managing Knowledge Management systems
• Strong administrative skills in Confluence
