As a senior QA analyst, you will develop test scenarios, mentor junior members, ensure solutions meet client expectations and support continuous improvement of testing processes within TELUS Health’s QA team.
Key Responsibilities- Create and maintain an extensive test suite
- Analyze and interpret technical documents for testing
- Report on progress and quality metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for testing strategies
- Offer training and support at client sites
- At least 5 years in QA with 2 years in senior roles
- Effective communication with technical and non-technical parties
- Detail-oriented and analytical problem solver
- Familiar with pension plan administration
- Bilingual candidates are preferred
