In this role, you'll report directly to the Manager of Software Quality Assurance, focusing on developing quality assurance strategies that align with project objectives. With at least five years of relevant QA experience, you will ensure effective communication across teams while contributing to process improvements. Your expertise in various testing methodologies and tools will be crucial for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define testing strategies for complex software projects

• Create and execute detailed test plans for all testing phases

• Mentor team members while managing testing resources

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize practices

• Engage in hands-on QA activities, including defect validation
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline

• Minimum of 5 years in software QA leadership

• Proven ability to execute effective testing strategies

• Familiarity with cloud platforms and Dev Ops practices

• ISTQB certification is a plus
