Salesforce Business Analyst

As a new Business Analyst, you will support our Salesforce ecosystem, driving adoption across Sales Cloud and other platforms. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end requirement lifecycle and documentation

• Design business-driven solutions and guide technical teams

• Communicate complex business requirements to stakeholders

• Triage issues and support functional testing

• Build custom reports and dashboards to deliver actionable insights

Requirements:

• 2+ years experience with Salesforce, including OMS

• Strong skills in business analysis and stakeholder facilitation

• Knowledge of integration for seamless functionality

• Proficiency in JIRA required

• Familiarity with Snowflake, Mulesoft, and SQL preferred
