As a Senior Test Engineer at Press Ganey, you will utilize your expertise in QA methodologies and automation tools. Your responsibilities will include developing, executing, and integrating testing frameworks into CI/CD pipelines while championing shift-left testing practices. You will also work closely with developers and product managers to enhance system testability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define risk-based test strategies incorporating security and performance
• Build and execute UI and API tests within CI/CD
• Champion shift-left testing and foster collaboration on quality
• Maintain Grafana dashboards to track KPIs and quality metrics
• Conduct regression and change-impact testing
Requirements:
• Proven experience in QA with a focus on automation
• Expertise in Selenium Web Driver and test design patterns
• Knowledge of SQL for test data management
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
