Requirements:
• 3+ years in Technical Support or Systems Engineering
• Experience with JAMF and Intune for endpoint management
• Skilled in managing Identity Providers like Okta
• Proficient in troubleshooting infrastructure-related issues
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
