This role entails providing advanced IT support while acting as an escalation point for Tier 1 issues. You'll work closely with internal teams to deliver reliable technical solutions, manage tickets efficiently, and support retail systems and networks throughout Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
• Offer advanced technical assistance to internal users
• Resolve complex IT issues involving hardware and software
• Maintain prompt ticket management per organizational standards
• Support store technology and remote access requirements
• Contribute to IT documentation and improvement initiatives
Requirements:
• 2–3 years in technical support or IT help desk
• High School Diploma or equivalent; IT degree preferred
• Strong skills in Windows OS and retail hardware
• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra Intune
• Dependable communication and organizational skills
