As we expand our IT team, Lyft Commodity Trading Ltd. seeks a motivated individual who enjoys troubleshooting and solving technical issues. You’ll be the primary contact for internal IT support and work closely with our IT Manager. This role also facilitates learning in areas like Claris File Maker 19, Microsoft 365, and low-code automation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide help desk support via phone, email, and in-person
• Troubleshoot issues with Microsoft 365 and Apple devices
• Assist with employee onboarding and account setup
• Set up workstations, including Mac Books and iPhones
• Maintain clear IT documentation and knowledge base articles
Requirements:
• Experience in help desk or technical support roles
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Apple devices
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and ask questions when needed
