Position: Associate Supervisor for Animation Technology
Transform the future of animation by becoming the Associate Technical Supervisor at Netflix Animation Studios in Vancouver. Drive technical excellence while addressing animated feature film challenges.

In this hybrid role, you will closely work with creative and technical teams to support and refine production workflows. This position seeks candidates with a minimum of 5 years of pipeline experience in animated media, ensuring seamless technical processes and tool enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and support lighting and rendering processes

• Troubleshoot technical issues and develop pipeline tools

• Collaborate to ensure workflows align with creative goals

• Lead development initiatives and adjust project scope

• Communicate across teams and present technical demos

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of pipeline TD experience

• Leadership in feature animation or VFX

• Proficiency in Python; C++ knowledge desired

• Experience with Agile methodologies and Jira

• Degree in Design, Computer Science, or relevant field
