Networking-Focused Systems Administrator

In this position, you will be integral to maintaining client systems with a strong focus on network infrastructure and security. Your responsibilities will include managing firewalls, VPNs, and DHCP settings while also providing necessary support across client environments. You’ll engage in project work, communicating effectively with clients to implement secure technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and troubleshoot networking and system issues

• Manage the configuration of network firewalls and switches

• Oversee the onboarding and support of clients' IT needs

• Maintain and document network and system processes

• Collaborate on infrastructure assessments and upgrades
Requirements:

• 3–5 years’ relevant IT experience

• Proficient in TCP/IP, VLANs, and firewall management

• Excellent troubleshooting and documentation skills

• Strong communication abilities

• Preferred certifications: CCNA, MCSA, or equivalent
