This position calls for a candidate with solid hands-on networking experience, ready to engage with senior engineers on firewall management, VoIP support, and operational troubleshooting in a fast-paced environment. Your methodical approach will help ensure robust network services across multiple venues.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and maintain Cisco-based networking solutions
• Support Forti Gate and Sophos firewall technologies
• Drive firmware upgrade processes with strict adherence to change management
• Proactively monitor network performance for operational integrity
• Provide support for organization-wide VoIP systems
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of networking and switching hands-on experience
• Insight into DHCP, DNS, and routing protocols
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory
• CCNA or equivalent experience is preferred
• Strong communication skills with a focus on collaboration
