Elevate the patient experience at Prenuvo! We are looking for a Quantitative UX Researcher to analyze data and enhance our healthcare services through user-centric methodologies.
In this role, you will contribute to improving the patient journey by identifying key friction points and leveraging data to facilitate a seamless experience. With 3-5 years of relevant experience, your background in behavioral science and analytics will guide your work with UX and Product teams to drive improvements. You'll craft hypotheses and validate findings that directly influence patient engagement and trust.
Key Responsibilities:
• Model and analyze key patient journey bottlenecks
• Conduct baseline and exploratory data analyses
• Create and execute experiment plans for usability tests
• Develop engaging dashboards for UX reporting
• Partner with teams to implement actionable changes
Requirements:
• 3-5 years in quantitative UX research or relevant role
• Strong statistical skills and SQL expertise
• Experience with Python or R data analysis
• Ability to extract insights from survey data
• Excellent communicator for stakeholder engagement
