This full-time position invites co-op students to assist in building a powerful AI-driven top-of-funnel outreach engine. You'll take ownership of tangible projects, from maintaining an ICP lead database to enriching CRM records and optimizing email sequences. Your work will directly influence how Quant Pillar connects with key decision-makers in private markets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build targeted lead databases using AI technology
• Optimize email and Linked In outreach processes
• Ensure CRM accuracy and track pipeline in Hub Spot
• Analyze target verticals and personas for market insights
• Perform A/B testing on outreach messaging; report outcomes
Requirements:
• Enrolled in a relevant BA, BCom, or MBA program
• Passion for AI tools with practical experience desired
• Strong writing skills for effective cold email creation
• Comfort in a rapidly changing startup environment
• Background in B2B SaaS or finance is a bonus
