Job Title: Senior Platform Engineer

Note: Prior experience in BFSI, Public Sector, or Telecom is non-negotiable.
Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced Senior Platform Engineer with a strong background in BFSI, Public Sector, or Telecom environments. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, support enterprise platform initiatives, and drive modernization efforts.
Responsibilities
- Lead platform engineering initiatives across BFSI, Public Sector, and Telecom environments.
- Support modernization programs involving core banking systems, citizen services platforms, OSS/BSS systems, billing platforms, and telecom infrastructure.
- Design and maintain enterprise platform services and shared capabilities.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and business stakeholders.
- Implement automation, monitoring, observability, and platform governance solutions.
- Support telecom network services, 5G platforms, and enterprise digital environments.
- Ensure compliance with governance, privacy, security, and regulatory requirements.
- Drive platform reliability, scalability, and operational excellence.
- Promote platform engineering best practices and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a Senior Platform Engineer within BFSI, Public Sector, or Telecom environments.
- Experience supporting banking systems, government applications, OSS/BSS platforms, billing systems, charging platforms, or telecom environments.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms and platform engineering concepts.
- Experience leading modernization and enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, and automation technologies.
- Understanding of governance, compliance, privacy, and security requirements.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale environments.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical capabilities.
- Platform, Cloud, or Dev Ops certifications preferred.
