Job Title: Senior Scrum Master
Location: Vancouver, BC
Note: Prior experience in BFSI, Public Sector, or Healthcare is non-negotiable.

Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master with a strong background in BFSI, Public Sector, or Healthcare environments. The ideal candidate will lead Agile teams, mentor Scrum Masters, and drive enterprise Agile adoption initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile delivery across BFSI, Public Sector, or Healthcare transformation programs.
• Facilitate and oversee Scrum ceremonies across multiple Agile teams.
• Mentor Scrum Masters and coach teams on Agile best practices.
• Support enterprise Agile transformation and modernization initiatives.
• Partner with business leaders, Product Owners, and stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement and Agile maturity initiatives.
• Coordinate delivery across multiple workstreams and teams.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges.
• Support regulatory, compliance, and governance-focused initiatives.
• Track team performance and provide Agile delivery reporting.

Required Qualifications

• Experience as a Senior Scrum Master within BFSI, Public Sector, or Healthcare environments.
• Experience leading multiple Agile teams and enterprise initiatives.
• Strong understanding of regulatory, compliance, and governance requirements.
• Experience supporting digital transformation and modernization programs.
• Deep knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile methodologies.
• Strong coaching and mentoring capabilities.
• Experience working with executive and senior business stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Ability to manage complex delivery environments.
• CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent certification preferred.
