This position requires a blend of technical skills and a focus on user assistance. As part of the Faculty team, you will install new computers, configure networks, and monitor system patches. Additionally, you will maintain laptops, AV equipment, and assist with video recordings at events.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install and troubleshoot computer hardware and software
• Maintain inventory of Learning Centre equipment
• Support Wi-Fi and VPN troubleshooting
• Service laptops, AV carts, and classroom computers
• Assist with AV needs for faculty users
Requirements:
• Relevant technical program or degree and 3 years experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with MS Office and multiple OS platforms
