As an IFRS 9 Platform Analyst, you will provide crucial functional and technical support to enhance the usage of Central 1’s IFRS 9 National Reporting & Analytics Platform. Your work will include client enablement, operational quality assurance, testing, and troubleshooting data inquiries while ensuring compliance with industry standards. This role supports the financial well-being of over 5 million Canadians by improving credit union capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to client inquiries and troubleshoot issues
• Support onboarding and implementations with data checks
• Execute proofing and QA procedures on outputs
• Identify data quality issues and conduct analysis
• Update documentation for continuous process improvements
Requirements:
• 2+ years in client support or financial reporting
• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
• Strong Excel skills with detailed datasets
• Working knowledge of IFRS 9 concepts preferred
• Clear communication and strong organizational skills
Support the implementation of the IFRS 9 platform and enhance client experiences in a dynamic financial environment.
