Expert Infor M3 Supply Chain Consultant

Become an Expert Infor M3 Supply Chain Functional Consultant s full-time role requires you to solve complex issues and guarantee business functionality for our M3 environments.

In this role, you will provide extensive support while leveraging over six years of experience with Infor M3 Supply Chain. Your responsibilities will involve analyzing business processes, troubleshooting issues, and managing stakeholder communications effectively across various modules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver Level 2 and Level 3 support for Infor M3 modules

• Analyze procurement, sales, and distribution issues collaboratively

• Determine and implement solutions for identified gaps

• Configure M3 systems to adapt to business demands

• Manage communications with international user communities

Requirements:

• 6+ years of Infor M3 functional experience

• Extensive knowledge of key M3 programs

• Basic integration knowledge with Finance and Infor OS

• Proven skills in handling critical incidents

• Strong communication skills for client interactions
