At UBC, the Business and Configuration Analyst leads the enhancement implementation process for HR, Finance, Payroll, and Student applications. You will analyze client needs, manage complex projects, and design functional specifications across various technologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of effective solutions while improving operational capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end implementation for finance and HR applications
• Analyze impacts of proposed technological changes
• Lead structured requirements gathering processes
• Develop and maintain configuration policies and documentation
• Document and resolve software bugs and service tickets
Requirements:
• Minimum five years of relevant experience
• In-depth knowledge of ERP systems, particularly Workday
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with data analysis and business process re-engineering
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills
