In this role, you will provide exceptional assistance for laptops, desktops, and mobile devices to global users. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide world-class support for Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices
• Manage lifecycle of devices through setup and deployment
• Collaborate on IT projects, enhancing service delivery
• Identify repetitive tasks for automation and AI solutions
• Document support procedures and improve knowledge sharing
Requirements:
• Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
• Experience with Windows 11 and troubleshooting applications
• Proficiency in scripting languages for task automation
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure AD
• Strong communication skills for global user support
