Join the Health Benefits Management team as a Bilingual Technical Customer Service Agent. This role requires proficiency in both English and French and technical expertise to help clients across various sectors, including retail pharmacy and dental offices. You will handle incoming requests, analyze problems, and ensure resolutions that exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide first-level support in English and French
• Manage and resolve incoming calls, emails, and tickets
• Document and troubleshoot issues via ticketing system
• Determine issue severity and priority for resolution
• Follow up with customers to ensure problem resolution
Requirements:
• Bilingual in French and English is essential
• Registered or Certified Pharmacy Technician preferred
• Experience in a pharmacy or dental office is an asset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required
• Availability for rotating shifts in a 24x7 environment
