Position: Lead Product Designer for AI Workflows

As a Senior Product Designer at Suger, you will take ownership of high-impact design areas related to pricing, contracting, and billing for B2B software companies. You will partner with engineers, product teams, and clients to create intuitive and scalable user experiences. Your expertise in design will help bridge operational complexities with customer needs, ensuring a smooth user journey across enterprise platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end user journeys for AI-driven workflows

• Collaborate with Customer Success to gather feedback

• Develop and own product vision and strategy

• Design automated experiences balancing speed and trust

• Partner with engineering to validate AI-enabled products

Requirements:

• 4+ years product design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS

• Strong understanding of product lifecycle and design iteration

• Excellent communication skills and critical thinking abilities

• Familiarity with APIs or data models

• Experience with Salesforce or cloud marketplaces is a plus
