Position: SharePoint Administrator for Migration Project
Take charge of SharePoint migrations with Insight Global as a SharePoint Administrator. Drive the transition from on-premises file shares to a secure SharePoint Online environment.

In this pivotal role, you will support the enterprise-wide migration efforts while designing and managing an efficient SharePoint Online setup. The ideal candidate will leverage strong expertise in SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365, facilitating governance frameworks and enhancing document management strategies. Effective partnership with cross-functional teams will be key in guiding stakeholders through the migration journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead SharePoint migrations from legacy file shares

• Design and build a scalable SharePoint Online architecture

• Administer document management and collaboration tools

• Establish governance policies including access management

• Create processes and documentation for long-term success

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of SharePoint migration experience

• Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 365 services

• Familiarity with access management and security policies

• Experience in enterprise document management frameworks

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
