Become integral to datacenter operations as a Technical Project Manager, overseeing hardware deployments and ensuring client satisfaction. This role is ideal for those who thrive on problem-solving and want to enhance client relationships.
In this position, you will manage the full project lifecycle while being a key contact for client accounts and actively involved in all technical reviews. You will ensure that project objectives are met on time while maintaining clear documentation and accountability across the team.
Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain project documentation in ITSM tools
• Monitor datacenter tasks including power and cooling
• Ensure adherence to budgets and vendor contract terms
• Develop and guide a technical team for optimal performance
Requirements:
• 3+ years in datacenter or technical project management
• Experience in direct client-facing technical roles
• Familiarity with server hardware and operations
• Proficient in ITSM platforms like Service Now or Zendesk
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
