You will act as the chief technical contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring all requirements are met from project initiation to completion. Your expertise will bridge the gap between technical teams and clients, making you essential for maintaining SLA commitments and managing budgets effectively. Championing a team of technical professionals, this role also involves creating effective processes and enhancing operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage client onboarding and scoping sessions
• Own the entire ticket management process in Jira
• Ensure safety and technical compliance in operations
• Monitor project budgets and flag discrepancies
• Train and guide junior team members on technical tasks
Requirements:
• Over 3 years in a technical project management role
• Proven experience with server hardware and data centers
• Familiarity with ITSM platforms like Service Now
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Capable of managing and mentoring a technical team
