• Lead a high-performing team of SOC analysts and incident responders
• Develop detection engineering frameworks using CI/CD methods
• Manage incidents from detection to recovery and reporting
• Enhance detection content across SIEM platforms
• Integrate threat intelligence into workflows proactively

• 5+ years in security operations and incident response
• Experience with SIEM platforms and detection methodologies
• Knowledge of AI/ML applications in security
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, GCP)
• Excellent communication skills under pressure
