Overview
Lead incident response and detection efforts as a Security Operations Center Manager at Match Group, driving AI innovation in a global security environment. Ensure robust threat detection, investigation, and response strategies across renowned brands like Tinder and Hinge. This managerial role requires solid leadership to oversee the Monitoring, Incident Response & SOC team, operating 24/7 to safeguard Match Group’s extensive operations.
You will enhance the security posture through the integration of cloud-native solutions and automation while managing end-to-end incident lifecycle management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and spearhead AI-driven initiatives to improve incident response capabilities.
- Lead a high-performing team of SOC analysts and incident responders
- Develop detection engineering frameworks using CI/CD methods
- Manage incidents from detection to recovery and reporting
- Enhance detection content across SIEM platforms
- Integrate threat intelligence into workflows proactively
- 5+ years in security operations and incident response
- Experience with SIEM platforms and detection methodologies
- Knowledge of AI/ML applications in security
- Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, GCP)
- Excellent communication skills under pressure
