As an Applied Researcher in Dexterous Manipulation, you will design and deploy advanced algorithms focused on RL and IL. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop RL/IL algorithms for robotic functionality

• Create training and testing pipelines for deployment

• Conduct extensive evaluations of implemented strategies

• Identify promising areas for new research initiatives

• Work collaboratively to tackle algorithmic challenges
Requirements:

• PhD in Machine Learning or similar

• Minimum 3 years in robotic manipulation

• Strong experience with sim-to-real applications

• Proven track record of deploying ML solutions

• Familiarity with computer vision and ROS2
