At Aequilibrium, we're seeking a Technical Lead with expertise in solution architecture and hands-on development. This role, emphasizing AI, XR, and custom software, demands strong leadership to align architecture and engineering standards with business goals. You will collaborate closely with various team members to transform product vision into scalable applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own technical architecture of XR Training Academy platform

• Define and uphold architectural standards across all integrations

• Direct technical roadmaps and solution design sessions

• Review technical approaches aligning with business needs

• Prevent over-engineering through thoughtful planning
Requirements:

• 8+ years in software development

• 3+ years as a Technical Lead or similar role

• Proficient in full-stack development

• Cloud-native application design experience

• Knowledge of Type Script, React, Node.js, and Azure preferred
