Elevate customer experience design as a CCaaS Solutions Consultant erage NiCE CXone and Cognigy to create advanced contact center solutions and agentic AI enhancements.
As a hands-on Solutions Consultant, you'll lead the design and delivery of intelligent contact center solutions. This role demands strong expertise in agentic AI platforms and CCaaS architecture. You will collaborate with architects and manage work streams, mentoring junior engineers while aligning with client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design CCaaS solutions from requirements to production rollout
• Architect autonomous virtual agents and conversational flows
• Create clear technical designs including architecture diagrams
• Configure CXone Studio scripts and review engineers' work
• Integrate APIs with CRM and back-end systems
Requirements:
• 5+ years designing contact center solutions
• 2+ years with NiCE CXone hands-on experience
• Proficiency in building conversational AI solutions
• Knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, and coding
• Strong communication skills for client presentations
