This pivotal role will place you at the heart of our data efforts, guiding a talented team to build powerful integrations for our Audience Intelligence Platform. As a hands-on leader, your responsibilities will span from design to scaling complex data pipelines, all while fostering a collaborative environment focused on mentorship and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct the end-to-end delivery of Helix projects

• Develop and optimize data ingestion pipelines using AWS

• Create workflows for customer data resolution and segmentation

• Troubleshoot and enhance data system performance

• Mentor engineering teams through technical guidance
Requirements:

• Proven experience in data engineering and scalable processing

• Advanced proficiency in Scala and Python

• Familiarity with AWS services like ECS and Lambda

• Strong SQL skills for data manipulation

• Experience in mentoring and leading project teams
