Job Description
Our client, a specialized team of File Maker development experts in Vancouver, Canada, is seeking a File Maker automation specialist to develop and demonstrate advanced automation workflows using Claude (Anthropic) and Claris MCP. The team helps organizations design, build, and modernize custom business solutions - and they are actively investing in next-generation AI automation to bring even more value to our clients.
This is a project-based engagement focused on creating webinar-ready materials and a live working demonstration that showcases next-generation AI automation within File Maker.

Work Schedule
: 10-15 hours per week. At least 3 hours of daily overlap with Pacific Time, Monday to Friday

What You'll Do:
- A professional presentation deck for a File Maker automation webinar.
- A working File Maker solution demonstrating Claude and Claris MCP automation.
- A detailed step-by-step demo script suitable for presentation and training purposes.
Deliverables:
- A polished presentation deck for the File Maker automation webinar.
- A working File Maker solution file demonstrating Claude + Claris MCP automation.
- A step-by-step demo script suitable for live presentation and training.
- A recorded walkthrough (Loom or similar) of the working solution.
Must Have:
- We’re looking for someone with hands-on experience in:
Claris File Maker, Claude (Anthropic), and Claris MCP (Model Context Protocol). - Demonstrated experience building real-world Claude + Claris MCP integrations.
- Strong File Maker scripting and automation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Experience designing AI-assisted workflows and business process automations.
- Ability to work independently and deliver within a tight timeline.
Nice-to-Have:
- File Maker certification.
- Webinar, training, or technical presentation experience.
- Experience creating demo environments and instructional materials.
- Experience with API integrations and AI-enabled workflows.
