Teifi is looking for an experienced IT & Security Manager to manage and scale our technology security and compliance functions. This vital role involves taking charge of the internal IT ecosystem, with a focus on operational maturity, security posture, and innovative technology solutions. You'll play a crucial part in delivering seamless onboarding and offboarding experiences while collaborating closely with various departments.
Key Responsibilities Lead and scale Teifi's internal IT operations effectively
Oversee hardware lifecycle management with a focus on efficiency
Drive and strengthen SOC 2 compliance readiness
Optimize identity and access management procedures
Provide exceptional internal IT support to teams
Requirements 2–4 years in IT and security management roles
Hands‑on experience with macOS fleet via MDM
Familiarity with SOC 2 compliance processes
Robust problem‑solving and management skills
Understanding of AI tools and governance
Shape the future of Teifi’s tech landscape while ensuring security and compliance across all operations.
