Help refine ideal customer profile, qualification criteria, buyer and user personas across multiple brands.
Own structured feedback loops between product development and champion users.
Contribute to the maintenance of core positioning, messaging framework, and value proposition artifacts.

Hold a meaningful voice in launch readiness — contribute to go/no-go decisions.
Develop case studies, proof points, and customer success narratives at scale.
Market Research & Market-Fit
Embedded with the marketing team, working closely with sales and product for customer and commercial insight.
Conduct and synthesize market research to inform product and feature prioritization.

Identify which cohort stories and friction points are worth routing back to product.
Map product features to real customer problems at each phase of the launch.
Qualifications
3–6 years in customer marketing or product marketing roles; 2+ years of team or product leadership.
Experience in early-stage SaaS or technology launches, ideally through a cohort, beta, MVP, or stealth launch.
Background spanning both product management and product marketing.
Strong customer empathy paired with sharp commercial instincts.
Credible in product meetings and marketing strategy sessions equally.
Comfortable operating in ambiguity — this role builds replicable processes from the ground up.
