• Lead and scale Teifi's internal IT operations effectively
• Oversee hardware lifecycle management with a focus on efficiency
• Drive and strengthen SOC 2 compliance readiness
• Optimize identity and access management procedures
• Provide exceptional internal IT support to teams

• 2–4 years in IT and security management roles
• Hands‑on experience with macOS fleet via MDM
• Familiarity with SOC 2 compliance processes
• Robust problem‑solving and management skills
• Understanding of AI tools and governance
