As part of the Quality & Operation Department, you will focus on the implementation and maintenance of network systems and IT infrastructures.
Your role will involve significant troubleshooting, system design, and user training, contributing greatly to efficient IT operations within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement regional and office network solutions
• Conduct system troubleshooting for servers and applications
• Maintain and build IT infrastructure including cabling
• Supervise engineering work by service providers
• Provide help desk support and user training
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT
• Minimum of 3 years in relevant IT support
• Proficient in TCP/IP and network architecture technologies
• Familiarity with Windows Server environments
• Skills in managing cabling and access control systems
