Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, recruit, and coach Scrum Masters across delivery pods

• Strengthen agile practices to maximize member and business value

• Navigate cross-pod dependencies and mitigate identified risks

• Facilitate and uphold the Vancity Agile Delivery Methodology

• Analyze delivery metrics to enhance quality and predictability

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related fields

• 7+ years in agile delivery environments with leadership roles

• 3+ years of experience coaching Scrum Masters

• Strong expertise in agile frameworks and governance

• Applicable agile certifications such as CSP or SAFe
