Take charge of audiovisual technology operations at UBC's Faculty of Medicine, located in Vancouver, BC. The Team Lead position focuses on ensuring seamless classroom AV support across multiple sites.
As the Team Lead, you will facilitate classroom AV technology services, manage complex operational issues, and provide critical training to staff and partners. Key Responsibilities:

• Direct AV support for distributed learning environments

• Ensure classroom AV systems are fully operational

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline

• Minimum five years in AV operations or equivalent
