This vital role involves taking charge of the internal IT ecosystem, with a focus on operational maturity, security posture, and innovative technology solutions. You'll play a crucial part in delivering seamless onboarding and offboarding experiences while collaborating closely with various departments.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and scale Teifi's internal IT operations effectively
- Oversee hardware lifecycle management with a focus on efficiency
- Drive and strengthen SOC 2 compliance readiness
- Optimize identity and access management procedures
- Provide exceptional internal IT support to teams
- 2–4 years in IT and security management roles
- Hands‑on experience with macOS fleet via MDM
- Familiarity with SOC 2 compliance processes
- Robust problem‑solving and management skills
- Understanding of AI tools and governance
