Position: Teifi Senior IT Security Manager Role

Teifi is seeking an experienced professional to oversee and scale its internal IT and security functions. In this critical role, you'll manage the IT ecosystem while driving SOC 2 compliance and optimizing access management. Your leadership will ensure seamless onboarding and offboarding while providing essential IT support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and scale internal IT operations effectively

• Oversee efficient hardware lifecycle management

• Drive readiness for SOC 2 compliance

• Optimize identity and access management procedures

• Provide exceptional internal IT support to teams
Requirements:

• 2–4 years in IT and security management roles

• Hands-on experience with macOS fleet via MDM

• Familiarity with SOC 2 compliance processes

• Robust problem-solving and management skills

• Understanding of AI tools and governance
