Senior Security Engineer

At Tigera, you will take ownership of security across the Calico portfolio. This senior role requires expertise in product security, vulnerability management, and compliance with industry standards. Your efforts will ensure scalable security patterns through automation while supporting engineering teams in secure development practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end vulnerability management for Calico

• Conduct threat modeling and security design reviews

• Ensure code security via secure coding practices

• Develop internal security tools and validate findings

• Support the Security Incident Response Team (SIRT)

Requirements:

• 5+ years in security engineering, product/cloud focus

• Proven track record in vulnerability assessment and management

• Experience in conducting penetration testing

• Familiarity with Kubernetes and cloud security

• Coding skills in Python or Go
