As part of the Entry Client Engineer Team, you will address customer inquiries and collaborate with diverse technical teams. The position demands strong customer empathy, technical troubleshooting skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Resolve complex technical issues for customers
• Provide proactive guidance for secure, scalable integrations
• Collaborate using JIRA and Slack with engineering teams
• Conduct effective troubleshooting for reported bugs
• Explain Glia’s capabilities to guide best practices
Requirements:
• 2+ years in software development or technical support
• Proficient in RESTful technology and APIs
• Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering or related field
• Strong communication skills in English
• Desirable skills in network troubleshooting and web technologies
