Position: Vancouver Delivery Solutions Architect Role
Join Databricks as a Delivery Solutions Architect in Vancouver, BC, and play a pivotal role in driving customer success through technical leadership and strategic growth initiatives. This hybrid role requires both technical expertise and commercial acumen.

In this role, you'll collaborate with Solutions Architects and various internal teams to implement strategies that maximize customer value from the Databricks platform. You will be the go-to technical lead ensuring that key accounts transition smoothly to production, overcome challenges, and adopt Databricks innovations. Your in-depth understanding of customer needs will drive continuous improvements and relationships with executives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create execution plans for key customer use cases

• Engage across teams to resolve technical issues

• Lead onboarding and support for production use cases

• Monitor and report on customer adoption and health

• Ensure alignment with professional services for project delivery

Requirements:

• 5+ years in Data and AI project delivery

• Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, or Scala

• Experience in a customer-focused technical role

• Skills in stakeholder and account management

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
