In this influential role within the Engineering Enablement department, you will align the integrated roadmap with business goals, preventing bottlenecks and ensuring smooth operations. Collaborating closely with Domain Tech Leads, you'll translate high-level architectural intents into sequential release plans while overseeing vendor logistics and facilitating decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Align departmental roadmap and capacity to prevent delays

• Collaborate with Domain Tech Leads on architectural plans

• Identify and manage dependencies across multiple squads

• Lead governance forums to align with business priorities

• Oversee vendor deliverables and operational logistics

Requirements:

• Proven capability in Agile program management

• Strong foundational knowledge of Cloud Infrastructure

• Experience managing vendor performance across distributed teams

• Proficiency in administration of work management systems

• Excellent skills in technical communication and pressure decision-making
