Join PBX Engineering as an IT Support Specialist in our Vancouver office. Deliver excellent Tier1 and Tier2 IT support while working with cutting-edge technology.
This specialist position involves supporting team members across Vancouver, Victoria, Calgary, and Squamish with technical issues. You will collaborate closely with senior staff to ensure effective IT service delivery, dealing with a variety of challenges from user support to network management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support for employees in various locations
• Troubleshoot issues, responding to helpdesk tickets
• Configure and maintain Windows systems and servers
• Assist with user lifecycle management for accounts
• Document IT processes and maintain knowledge articles
Requirements:
• 3–5 years of related IT experience
• Strong skills in Windows operating systems
• Experience with cloud technologies and network management
• Solid knowledge of VMware and Azure
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
