Embark on an IT journey as an IT Infrastructure Technician at F12, focusing on hardware setup and application support. This role provides a pathway for notable professional growth and hands-on experience.
In this technician role, you will report to the Manager of Service Delivery, executing essential installation, migration, and change processes. Your support will be pivotal in deploying network hardware and managing PC setups. You are expected to uphold meticulous documentation and assist in resolving any client issues while maintaining strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deploy and image PCs in accordance with client needs
• Ensure applications are licensed and warranties enforced
• Address hardware issues by liaising with vendors
• Track and solve issues using IT management tools
• Engage constructively with clients and team members
Requirements:
• Minimum of 1 year in IT help desk support role
• Positive approach to dynamic challenges
• Eager to assist clients and vendors
• Availability for travel to various locations
• CompTIA or A+ certification is advantageous
