Key Responsibilities:
• Hire, coach, and retain a high-performing analytics team
• Guide decision-making with clear, data-driven narratives
• Set analytics vision focusing on player experience and game monetization
• Promote modern tools and AI usage for faster insights
• Integrate personalized, data-driven experiences in games
Requirements:
• 10+ years in analytics or data science
• 4+ years leading analytics teams
• Proficient in SQL, Python, or R
• Experience with GenAI and automated workflows
• Strong analytical and technical skills
