IFS is in search of a self-motivated IT Support Analyst to assist users with helpdesk queries while progressively tackling complex IT processes. You'll support global users with diverse systems, help manage device life cycles, and contribute to ongoing IT projects aimed at automation and efficiency. Your eagerness to learn will be pivotal in advancing our AI-driven solutions and user experience at IFS.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional support for laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
• Manage the lifecycle of devices, from setup to recycling.
• Provision accounts, applications, and licenses for users.
• Collaborate on IT automation scripts to improve efficiency.
• Support event monitoring and document procedures.
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with Windows 11, macOS, and applications.
• Knowledge of scripting for task automation.
• Strong communication skills for global support.
• AI-assist tools exposure or familiarity.
