Key Responsibilities:

• Coach and develop the analytics team for improved performance

• Own the analytics and experimentation roadmap for EAX

• Act as a strategic partner in leading senior insights-driven forums

• Drive advanced analytics using AI and machine learning

• Translate complex analyses into actionable insights

Requirements:

• 10+ years in analytics or data science

• 3+ years of team leadership experience

• Experience scaling A/B testing and data-driven initiatives

• Proficient in SQL, Python/R, and BI tools

• Ability to distill complex data into clear insights
