Drive ERP performance and reliability as an ERP Operations Manager s key role involves overseeing Oracle Fusion Cloud support, user access, and system security.
As an ERP Operations Manager, you will lead a distributed support team and ensure optimal performance for Oracle Fusion Cloud systems. Your expertise in incident resolution, system monitoring, and user management will help shape operational excellence while maintaining compliance with audit requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead production support for Oracle Fusion Cloud systems
• Establish SLAs for incident response and resolution

Requirements:
• 7+ years of experience with Cloud Applications
