As a key player, you will manage the entire implementation process—from gathering requirements to testing solutions and change management.
Your role is critical in analyzing the impacts of technology changes and ensuring they align with UBC's goals. You'll work closely with the Product Team and ISC to craft effective configurations that enhance overall services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead enhancement implementation for HR and Finance solutions
• Gather and prioritize user requirements for systems
• Conduct rigorous testing post-configuration
• Assess impacts of technological changes on services
• Collaborate with community stakeholders for solutions
Requirements:
• Relevant undergraduate degree required
• At least five years of relevant work experience
• Strong understanding of application business requirements
• ITIL certification preferred
• Experience with Workday in relevant functions
